    Synonyms
CGI-63 antibody, FASN2B antibody, NRBF1 antibody, AI195831 antibody, Nrbf1 antibody, mitochondrial trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase antibody, MECR antibody, Mecr antibody
    Background
MECR catalyzes the reduction of trans-2-enoyl-CoA to acyl-CoA with chain length from C6 to C16 in an NADPH-dependent manner with preference to medium chain length substrate. It may have a role in the mitochondrial synthesis of fatty acids. Synonyms: Polyclonal MECR antibody, Anti-MECR antibody, mitochondrial trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase antibody, CGI-63 antibody, FASN2B antibody, NRBF1 antibody.
