Background
- HEMGN regulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Overexpression of HEMGN block the TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation in the K562 cell model. HEMGN may also prevent cell apoptosis through the activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB). Synonyms: Polyclonal HEMGN antibody, Anti-HEMGN antibody, hemogen antibody, EDAG antibody, EDAG-1 antibody.
