Background
- ADORA2A is one of several receptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the protein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. ADORA2A is abundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is a major target of caffeine. Synonyms: Polyclonal ADORA2A antibody, Anti-ADORA2A antibody, adenosine A2a receptor antibody, ADORA2 antibody, RDC8 antibody, hA2aR antibody.
