Application Notes
-
Immunofluorescence: 10-20 micrograms/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Westernblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 4 -5 micrograms/mL on frozen and formalin fixed tissue sections using avidin-biotin system. The formalin fixed tissue requires boiling in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 mins. This antibody is used for identification of NK- cells.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on acetone fixed frozen cryostat sections. This antibody can be used with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. These tissue require boiling in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 mins. followed by cooling at RT. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 2-4 micrograms/mL in IHC. -
