Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. - Comment
