Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (fp))

Clone

B334 (H030-1-2)
  • Specificity

This antibody reacts with a 32 kD molecule present on human suppressor/cytotoxic T-cells. These antibodies also react with sinus-lining cells in the human spleen.

    Purification

    Purified.

    Immunogen

E-rosette forming cells purified from human PBL.

    Isotype

    IgM
  • Application Notes

    Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
    Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope.
