    Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

    Background

    Filamin functions as a cross-linking protein forming a flexible link between two actin filaments. It is composed of two identical polypeptide chains each joined to the other at one end, with an actin binding site at the other. It is present in human platelets, lymphocytes, fibroblasts, and smooth muscle actin.
    Also available without BSA and azide at 1mg/ml.
