Background
-
Luciferases are unique enzymes in being capable of emitting visible light as one of the end-products of their catalysis. Luciferase is commonly used as a reporter to quantify expression levels from promoters in tissue culture and in vivo. This antibody will enable researchers to use luciferase reporter systems for both quantitative and qualitative studies in a wide range of research applications.
Also available without BSA and azide at 1mg/ml.
