Immunohistochemistry: (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:25-1:50 (requires protease digestion for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections).
Staining Procedure: Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25 to 1:50 in IHC. (requires protease digestion on FFPE tissue sections)The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. -
