Northern blot analysis demonstrated expression in testis, ovary, adrenal gland, and placenta. EG-VEGF has played a vital role in inducing proliferation, migration, and fenestration in capillary endothelial cells derived from endocrine glands. The standards of this kit are recombinant human EG-VEGF (A20-F105), with molecular weight of 10.5kD.
