The ModDetect™ Phosphorothioate (PS) Panel enables antibody-based detection of PS-modified oligonucleotides commonly used in therapeutic development. PS modifications improve nuclease resistance and pharmacokinetic properties but are difficult to assess using sequence-specific analytical tools. This panel recognizes the PS chemical linkage itself, allowing sequence-independent analysis across diverse oligonucleotide designs. The antibodies are compatible with standard immunoassays, including ELISA, immunofluorescence, and tissue-based applications. These reagents support biodistribution, localization, and quantitative studies during research and preclinical development.

Buffer: Panel detection reagents components are provided in a 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride buffer, pH 7.2. This buffer contains 0.01 % Sodium Azide as a preservative and 10 mg/mL carrier protein as a stabilizing reagent.

Handling Advice: Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
