Protocol

Prepare all reagents and test reagent samples as instructed.
Add 100 µL test reagent samples to each well. Incubate 2.5 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C.
Add 100 µL the prepared Detection Antibody solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 100 µL the prepared HRP Conjugated Anti-IgG solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 100 µL the prepared HRP Conjugated Anti-IgG solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 50 µL Stop Solution directly to each well. Read at 450 nm immediately. -
