-
- Restrictions
- For Research Use only
-
- Concentration
- 2.50 μg/μL
- Buffer
- The HeLa whole-cell extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 30-minute incubation with or without TNF-α (20 ng/mL). The Lysis Buffer consists of 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 350 mM NaCl, 20 % glycerol, 1 % Igepal-CA630, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM EGTA. The protein content has been determined by a Bradford-based assay.
- Handling Advice
- It ist recommended to aliquot the extracts into single-use fractions and then storing them at -80 °C. This eliminates repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
- Storage
- -80 °C
- Storage Comment
- To ensure stability, extracts should be stored at -80°C.
