Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2I (UBE2I) (N-Term) Peptide

UBE2I Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat Host: Synthetic BP, BI
Catalog No. ABIN5686404

Quick Overview for Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2I (UBE2I) (N-Term) Peptide (ABIN5686404)

Target

UBE2I (Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2I (UBE2I))

Origin

Human, Mouse, Rat

Source

  • 6
Synthetic

Application

Blocking Peptide (BP), BioImaging (BI)
  • Protein Region

    N-Term

    Characteristics

UBE2I peptide corresponds to 13 amino acids near the N-terminus region of UBE2I.
  • Application Notes

UBE2I Peptide is used for blocking the activity of UBE2I antibody . The UBE2I antibody ships at 0.5 mg/mL and the UBE2I Peptide ships as a 100 μg pellet. When peptide is reconstituted in 200 μLwater, the concentration will be 0.5 mg/mL, identical to that of the antibody. The best starting ratio would be 1:1 (which means molar excess of peptide relative to antibody when identical volumes are mixed). Mix equal volume of peptide and antibody at the required dilution and leave at ambient temperature for 20 minutes. Then incubate and develop in parallel two blots: one with the antibody and one with the antibody which has been pre-absorbed with the provided peptide.

    Restrictions

    For Research Use only
  • Format

    Lyophilized

    Reconstitution

UBE2I peptide is supplied as 100 µg of dried peptide. When the peptide is reconstituted in 200 µL water, the concentration will be 0.5 mg/mL.

    Storage

    -20 °C

    Storage Comment

Store at -20°C. When reconstituted minimize freezing and thawing.
