Characteristics: Source: Neutralized (pI = 6.3), deglycosylated avidin purified from egg white.
Mr/Structure 60 kDa tetramer of four identical subunits, each containing a single binding site.
To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry, particle concentration fluorescence immunoassay (PCFIA) or ELISA to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent.
