- Background
- NUDC, also as known as nuclear distribution gene C homolog, is a nuclear distribution protein. This protein plays an essential role in mitosis and cytokinesis. It is involved in spindle formation during mitosis and in microtubule organization during cytokinesis. Recombinant human NUDC, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
