Baculovirus infected Insect Cells, Insect cells (Sf9)
    Purification tag / Conjugate
This CDK2 protein is labelled with GST tag.
    Application
    Western Blotting (WB)
    Cross-Reactivity
    Human
    Characteristics
    p33 (CDK2), Cyclin-dependent kinase 2, Cell division protein kinase 2, p33 protein kinase
    Purification
Recombinant full-length human CDK2 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >90% by densitometry.
