- Target
- FCGRT & B2M
- Protein Type
- Recombinant
-
Origin
- Rat
-
Source
- HEK-293 Cells
- Purpose
- Recombinant Rat FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein
- Sequence
- Met 1-Ser 298&Met 1-Met 119
- Characteristics
- A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 298) of rat FCGRT (P13599) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1, A DNA sequence encoding the rat B2M (P07151) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified.
