Format: Lyophilized

Reconstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Storage: -20 °C,-80 °C

Background: CD30 ligand (CD30L)/TNFSF8 is a type II membrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. CD30L is expressed on the cell surface of activated T cells, B cells, and monocytes. The protein is also constitutively expressed on granulocytes and medullary thymic epithelial cells.CD30L is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF8/CD30. Induces proliferation of T-cells.

Molecular Weight: 46.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 62-68 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
