Extracellular Domain Proteins (ECD) can be used as:
- Immunogens for antibody drug development
- Reagents used for CAR-T positive cell monitoring
- Reagents for antibody screening and functional testing
- Reagents for antibody affinity measurement
-
Comment
-
The protein was produced using HEK293 mammalian cell secretion expression system to ensure the close-to-native structures and post-translational modifications of the target protein.

Background
-
RNase 4,Rnase4,Ribonuclease 4
This gene encodes a member of the pancreatic ribonuclease A superfamily. The encoded enzyme is sereted and has unique uridine specificity. This gene resides in a cluster of highly related genes. It shares dual promoters and 5' exons with the angiogenin, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 5 gene. Each gene splices to a unique downstream exon that contains its complete coding region. Two alternatively spliced variants, with different 5' exons but the same coding exon, have been identified. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2009] -
Molecular Weight
- predicted molecular mass of 14.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of mRNASE4-His is 10-15 kDa due to glycosylation.
