Comment

The VLPs are produced in SF9 insect cells (Baculovirus), purified by chromatography and suitable for the sensitive and specific detection of IgG and IgM antibodies against Parvovirus B19. The other seven recombinant Parvovirus B19 antigens (NS1, VP1, VP2, Pep A-D) are produced in E.coli and purified by chromatography in the presence of urea. Purity of ≥ 95% is confirmed via SDS-PAGE (Coomassie staining) for all recombinant antigens.,Parvovirus B19, recombinant protein C, VP1 N-terminal region (VP1 aa 1-486). Molecular mass: 54kDa.
