Comment
-
The protein contains a fragment of EBV (Epstein-Barr virus) early antigen p54. They are produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography in the presence of urea. Purity of ≥ 95 % is confirmed via SDS-PAGE (Coomassie staining). The antigens are suitable for the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies against EBV. The main antigen for the detection of IgM antibodies is the capsid antigen p18.. Molecular mass: 45 kDa.
