Protein Characteristics
- AA 24-559
-
Purification tag / Conjugate
- This MCAM protein is labelled with His tag.
-
Purpose
- Recombinant Human CD146/MCAM Protein, C-His (Active)
-
Endotoxin Level
- <0.1 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
-
Biological Activity Comment
- Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When rh CD146/MCAM (Cat #: AHE39701) is immobilized at 1 μg/mL, 100 μL/well, it binds recombinant human Galectin-3. The concentration of recombinant human Galectin-3 that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is 0.25-1.25 μg/mL.
