Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial at 10000 rpm for 30 s before opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL by gently pipetting 2-3 times, don't vortex.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 5 % Trehalose, 0.1 % Triton X-100, pH 8.0.

Preservative: Dithiothreitol (DTT)

Storage Comment: The lyophilized protein is stable at -20°C for up to 1 year.
