Precaution of Use
 - Donor samples were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2. Nonetheless caution should be used when handling this material as there is a margin of error in all tests.

- APOA2 (Apolipoprotein A-II (APOA2))
 -

Alternative Name
 - ApoA-II
 -

Background
 -
25 % of Apo A in HDL is Apo AII. Levels of Apo AII in normal plasma range from 30-50 mg per 100 ml. The physiological role of the protein is unknown. Alcohol consumption, however, increases Apo AII levels.
Description: Human plasma.
Alternative Names: ApoA2 protein, Apo AII protein, ApoA II protein, Apolipoprotein A ll protein -
