Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Dog IgG, Dog IgG F(ab')2 and Dog Serum.  No reaction was observed against Dog IgG F(c).

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Background: Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins.
