Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Dog IgG, Dog IgG F(c) and Dog Serum.  No reaction was observed against Dog IgG F(ab).

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes: Application Note: Anti-Dog IgG F(c) Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA. This secondary antibody anti-Dog is ideal for investigators who routinely perform ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:6,000 to 1:40,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
