Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Guinea Pig IgG, Guinea Pig IgG F(c) and Guinea Pig Serum.  No reaction was observed against Guinea Pig IgG F(ab).

Characteristics: Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Fluorescein Antibody generated in goat detects guinea pig IgG.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Guinea Pig IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
