Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgG2b. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. For IgG1, IgG2a and IgG3 reactivity was less than 5 % against target (IgG2b, IgG).

Characteristics: Anti-MOUSE IgG2a (Gamma 2a chain) (RABBIT) Antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically Mouse IgG2a heavy chain. Anti-Mouse IgG2a is ideal for investigators involved in Serum Protein Component research.
