Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum.  No reaction was observed against other mouse heavy or light chain proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Mouse IgG IgA IgM Rhodamine Antibody generated in goat detects reactivity to Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA, and Mouse IgM.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
