    Purpose

    Mouse IgG3 Antibody ATTO 532 Conjugated Pre-adsorbed

    Cross-Reactivity (Details)

Minimal crossreactivity against to Bv, Hu & Rb Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG3. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Human, and Rabbit Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % of target signal.

    Characteristics

Anti-Mouse IgG2b ATTO 532 Antibody generated in goat detects reactivity to Mouse IgG2b (Gamma 2b chain).

    Purification

Anti-MOUSE IgG3 (Gamma 3 chain) Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

    Immunogen

    Immunogen: Mouse IgG3 heavy chain

    Immunogen Type: Native Protein

  • Application Notes

Application Note: Anti-Mouse IgG3 ATTO 532 Antibody has been tested by dot blot. Mouse IgG3 secondary antibody is available in a variety of formats. ATTO dye conjugated antibodies are designed for STED microscopy, FRET, immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. The emission spectra for this ATTO conjugate matches the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation. Background

Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins. IgG3 comprises almost 10 % of the IgG subclass and has a high affinity for binding to the Fc receptor of phagocytic cells. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
