Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions: Flow cytometry: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000. Immunofluoresecene microscopy: 1:500 - 1:2,500.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water or equivalent.

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative

Precaution of Use: WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.

Storage: 4 °C/-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
