Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against to Bv Hs & Hu Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgM.  No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Mouse IgG2b Texas Red Antibody generated in goat detects reactivity to Mouse IgG2b (Gamma 2b chain).

Purification: This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
