Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Bovine Horse and Human Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(ab')2 or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody generated in goat detects reactivity to Mouse IgG.

Purification: Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
