Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a human IgG column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
The specific activity of the anti-HIgG-agarose was determined. For this lot, 1.0 mg human IgG bound per mL agarose. - Purification
- egg yolk-derived purified IgY, affinity purified
- Immunogen
- Chickens were immunized with purified Human IgG.

If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
