    Immunogen

    Chickens were immunized with highly purified rabbit IgG isolated from normal pooled rabbit serum, in Freunds adjuvant. Eggs were collected, the IgY fraction prepared and the anti rabbit IgG immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant.
