Reactivity: Rat, Golden Syrian Hamster

Characteristics: The RG7/9.1 antibody reacts specifically with rat Igs bearing κ light chain and with free rat κ light chains. It does not react with λ light chain or heavy chains. The antibody cross-reacts with with Syrian hamster Ig, κ light chain. RG7/9.1 antibody has not been shown to stimulate B-cell proliferation. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA and flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
