Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 mL distilled water.

Buffer: 0.02 M potassium phosphate, 0.15 M sodium chloride,  pH 7.2, 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01 % Gentamicin sulfate.

Preservative: Gentamicin sulfate

Precaution of Use: This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage: 4 °C,-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
