Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Characteristics: F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgM Fc5μ Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody generated in goat detects specifically the Fc5μ portion of the human IgM heavy chain.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgA coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
