Synonyms: Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) Antibody DyLight™ 800 Conjugation, Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody DyLight™ 800 Conjugated, Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Fragment DyLight™800 Conjugated Antibody
Background: Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) DyLight antibody generated in rabbit is a proteolytic fragment of immunoglobulin G (IgG) obtained by limited digestion with the enzyme papain under controlled conditions of temperature, time and pH . Receptors bind the Fc portion of mouse IgG and often this fragment is removed from immunoglobulins to minimize receptor binding and lower background reactivity.
-
Purification
- Preadsorption: immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads
-
Immunogen
-
Immunogen: Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) was produced by repeated immunization with mouse IgG F(c) fragment in rabbit.
Immunogen Type: Native Protein
-
Labeling Ratio
- 1.9

Application Notes
-
Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000
Application Note: Mouse IgG F(c) DyLight™800 Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry requiring extremely low background levels, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The emission spectra for this DyLight™ conjugate match the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation.
FLISA Dilution: >1:20,000
ELISA Dilution: 1:40,000 - 1:180,000
Western Blot Dilution: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000
IF Microscopy Dilution: >1:5,000
