- Purpose
- Mouse anti-dog IgG Antibody, animal-free mAb
- Specificity
- This is an antibody developed by antibody phage display technology using a human naive antibody gene library and dog IgG as antigen. For this antibody both the heavy and light chains are cloned and expressed, generating full-length antibodies.
- No Cross-Reactivity
- Cat, Goat, Human
- Cross-Reactivity (Details)
- No known cross reactivity. No cross reactivtiy to rabbit IgG, human IgG, goat IgG, cat IgG. Other species were not tested.
- Characteristics
- This antibody reacts with whole dog IgG as determined by ELISA techniques. This antibody does not cross react with IgG from rabbit, human, goat or cat. Anti-Canine monoclonal antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for canine immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. This antibody can be detected with anti-mouse Fc secondary antibodies.
