Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Bv Ch Gt GP Ham Hs Hu Ms Rt & Sh Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Donkey Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Donkey IgG F(c), Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat, and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Characteristics: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
