Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG and Sheep Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c).

Characteristics: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
