The protein encoded by BCOR was identified as an interacting corepressor of BCL6, a POZ/zinc finger transcription repressor that is required for germinal center formation and may influence apoptosis. Additionally we are shipping BCOR Proteins (5) and BCOR Kits (2) and many more products for this protein.

We report the case of a 7-month-old girl with atypical oculo-facio-cardio-dental syndrome (OFCD). A novel de novo pathogenic mutation in the BCL6 (show BCL6 Antibodies) interacting co-repressor gene (BCOR) (c.4540C>T; p.Arg1514*), was identified on the X chromosome
ZC3H7B (show ZC3H7B Antibodies)-BCOR and MEAF6 (show MEAF6 Antibodies)-PHF1 (show PHF1 Antibodies) fusions occurred predominantly in S100 protein-negative and malignant OFMT.
Given the high frequency and pattern of aberration, BCOR is likely to play an important role in ENKTL pathogenesis as a tumor suppressor gene
Data suggest the detection of the partial duplication inside exon 15 of proto-oncogene (show RAB1A Antibodies) protein BCOR as part of the diagnostic process of pediatric kidney tumors.
Report mutually exclusive BCOR internal tandem duplications and YWHAE (show YWHAE Antibodies)-NUTM2 fusions in clear cell sarcoma of kidney.
The present study further expands the genetic spectrum of small blue round cell tumors, with 2 novel fusions, BCOR-MAML3 (show MAML3 Antibodies) and ZC3H7B (show ZC3H7B Antibodies)-BCOR, identified
Somatic internal tandem duplications (ITDs) clustering in the C terminus of BCOR were found in 85% of pediatric clear cell sarcoma of the kidney. Mutant BCOR transcripts and proteins are markedly upregulated in ITD-positive tumours.
This study adds to recent reports on the clinicopathologic spectrum of BCOR-CCNB3 (show CCNB3 Antibodies) fusion-positive sarcomas, a newly emerging entity within the undifferentiated unclassified sarcoma category
Using reported human BCOR mutations in patients with oculofaciocardiodental syndrome, the authors identified nuclear localization signals at two possible sites; at aa1131-1141 (NLS1) and at aa1158-1167(NLS2).
study concluded that in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (show BCL11A Antibodies), BCOR and BCORL1 (show BCORL1 Antibodies) mutations rarely occur
Data show that BCL6 interacting corepressor Bcor Is Specifically Down-regulated by Activin (show Actbeta Antibodies) Signaling in trophoblast stem cells (TSCs).
T cell-expressed BCOR is critical for optimal GC-Tfh cell differentiation and humoral immunity.
IRF8 (show IRF8 Antibodies) pairs with BCL6 co-repressor BCOR in the nucleus to enhance its transcriptional repressive activity.
Results suggest that Bcor expressed in the mesenchyme plays crucial roles during early tooth development.
Study isolated an Fbxl10/Jhdm1B (show KDM2B Antibodies) complex by Study using a high throughput proteomics approach identified interactors with Rnf2 (show RNF2 Antibodies) including Fbxl10/Jhdm1B (show KDM2B Antibodies), casein kinase subunits, and the BcoR corepressor
Bcor plays a role in differentiation of multiple tissue lineages during early embryonic development.
The protein encoded by this gene was identified as an interacting corepressor of BCL6, a POZ/zinc finger transcription repressor that is required for germinal center formation and may influence apoptosis. This protein selectively interacts with the POZ domain of BCL6, but not with eight other POZ proteins. Specific class I and II histone deacetylases (HDACs) have been shown to interact with this protein, which suggests a possible link between the two classes of HDACs. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome Y.
