CDC42, a small Rho GTPase, regulates the formation of F-actin-containing structures through its interaction with the downstream effector proteins. Additionally we are shipping CDC42 Effector Protein (Rho GTPase Binding) 2 Antibodies (48) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 5 out of 6 products:
Regulation of neurogenesis by Fgf8a requires Cdc42 (show CDC42 Proteins) signaling and a novel Cdc42 effector (show FNBP1L Proteins) protein
CDC42EP2 is upregulated in human PDLCs subjected to tensile stress related to mechano-induced cell cycle arrest.
activations of Rac1 and Cdc42 (show CDC42 Proteins) are involved in the hypoxia-induced production of angiogenesis-promoting factors and tumor suppressors, and suggest that the Rho family GTPases Rac1 and Cdc42 (show CDC42 Proteins) may contribute to the hypoxia-mediated angiogenesis.
CDC42, a small Rho GTPase, regulates the formation of F-actin-containing structures through its interaction with the downstream effector proteins. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Borg family of CDC42 effector proteins. Borg family proteins contain a CRIB (Cdc42/Rac interactive-binding) domain. They bind to, and negatively regulate the function of CDC42. Coexpression of this protein with CDC42 suggested a role of this protein in actin filament assembly and cell shape control.
