Human Monoclonal CLEC12A Primary Antibody for FACS - ABIN4900461
Hutten, Thordardottir, Fredrix, Janssen, Woestenenk, Tel, Joosten, Cambi, Heemskerk, Franssen, Boerman, Bakker, Jansen, Schaap, Dolstra, Hobo: CLEC12A-Mediated Antigen Uptake and Cross-Presentation by Human Dendritic Cell Subsets Efficiently Boost Tumor-Reactive T Cell Responses. in Journal of immunology (Baltimore, Md. : 1950) 2016
Due to the absence of CLEC12A on normal haematopoietic stem cells, CLEC12A stem cell immunophenotyping may contribute to diagnosing and monitoring MDS (show PAFAH1B1 Antibodies) patients and could furthermore add knowledge about disease propagating cells in MDS (show PAFAH1B1 Antibodies).
We propose the hypothesis that decreased expression of CLEC12A is a common denominator in the hyperinflammatory responses observed in Behcet's syndrome and gout.
Antibacterial autophagy is impaired in CLEC12A-deficient cells, and this effect is exacerbated in the presence of the ATG16L1( *)300A risk allele.
Upon CLL1 (show COLEC10 Antibodies)-selective binding of this fusion protein, granulocytes acquire additional TRAIL-mediated cytotoxic activity that, importantly, potentiates antibody-mediated cytotoxicity of clinically used therapeutic antibodies
We conclude the hMICL/CD123 (show IL3RA Antibodies)-based MFC assay is a promising MRD tool in AML (show RUNX1 Antibodies).
There is a potential genetic association of CLEC12A with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Since CLEC12A encodes for the myeloid inhibitory C-type lectin-like receptor that modulates cytokine synthesis, this receptor may contribute to the pathogenesis of RA.
For production of cytotoxic T cells, transgenic DEC-205 (show LY75 Antibodies) and Clec9A (show CLEC9A Antibodies), but not Clec12A, are effective targets for antibody-mediated delivery of antigens for vaccination, although only in the presence of adjuvants.
MICL is a negative regulator of granulocyte and monocyte function
the molecular cloning, tissue distribution, and functional characterization of a novel NK cell receptor (show KIR2DL4 Antibodies), KLRL1, from human and mouse dendritic cells [KLRL1]
Expression cloning identified the antigen recognized as C-type lectin-like molecule-1, a previously undescribed transmembrane glycoprotein
Clec12a(-/-) mice are more susceptible to Salmonella infection, supporting a role for CLEC12A in antibacterial defense pathways in vivo.
Clec12a is an inhibitory receptor for uric acid crystals that regulates inflammation in response to cell death.
the molecular cloning, tissue distribution, and functional characterization of a novel NK cell receptor (show KLRD1 Antibodies), KLRL1, from human and mouse dendritic cells [KLRL1]
CLL-1 expression is also present on the CD34 (show CD34 Antibodies)(+)CD38(-) stem- cell compartment in acute myeloid leukemia (show BCL11A Antibodies)
Anti-Clec12A mAb alone produced only moderate responses, but these were amplified by coinjecting only small amounts of LPS (show TLR4 Antibodies) as a dendritic cell activation agent
This gene encodes a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. Members of this family share a common protein fold and have diverse functions, such as cell adhesion, cell-cell signaling, glycoprotein turnover, and roles in inflammation and immune response. The protein encoded by this gene is a negative regulator of granulocyte and monocyte function. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of some of these variants has not been determined. This gene is closely linked to other CTL/CTLD superfamily members in the natural killer gene complex region on chromosome 12p13.
