More ELISA Kits for CCBP2 Interaction Partners

Human Chemokine Binding Protein 2 (CCBP2) interaction partners

  1. Data show the structural motifs in the atypical chemokine receptor (show CCR1 ELISA Kits) 2 (ACKR2) are responsible for ligand binding, and suggest ACKR2-derived N-terminal peptides as being of potential therapeutic significance.

  2. engagement of the ACR (show ACR ELISA Kits) D6 by its ligands activates a beta (show SUCLA2 ELISA Kits)-arrestin1 (show ARRB1 ELISA Kits)-dependent, G protein-independent signaling pathway that results in the phosphorylation of the actin-binding protein cofilin (show CFL1 ELISA Kits) through the Rac1-PAK1 (show PAK1 ELISA Kits)-LIMK1 (show LIMK1 ELISA Kits) cascade.

  3. co-expression of DARC (show DARC ELISA Kits), D6, and CCX-CKR (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits) significantly associated with higher survival in gastric cancer

  4. CCL2 binding to primary adult human astrocytes is CCR2-independent and is likely to be mediated via the D6 decoy.

  5. D6 is expressed in AMs (show MAT1A ELISA Kits) from patients with COPD (show ARCN1 ELISA Kits), and its expression correlates with the degree of functional impairment and markers of immune activation.

  6. Chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) decoy receptor D6 limits CC-chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits)-dependent pathogenic inflammation and is required for adequate cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction.

  7. DARC (show DARC ELISA Kits) and D6, the most studied members of this group of molecules, are reviewed.

  8. CCR10 (show CCR10 ELISA Kits) is unlikely to be necessary for cutaneous homing of TH cells in the models studied here. CCR10 (show CCR10 ELISA Kits) may instead play a role in the movement of specialized "effector" cutaneous TH cells to and/or within epidermal microenvironments.

  9. CCR10 and its mucosal epithelial ligand CCL28 have roles in the migration of circulating IgA plasmablasts

  10. D6 is constitutively internalized via a ligand-independent, phosphorylation-independent association with beta-arrestin.

Mouse (Murine) Chemokine Binding Protein 2 (CCBP2) interaction partners

  1. ACKR4 on stromal cells aids the egress of antigen presenting cells from mouse skin, and, during inflammation, facilitates CCR7 (show CCR7 ELISA Kits)-dependent cell trafficking by scavenging CCL19 (show CCL19 ELISA Kits).

  2. The data shows a novel function for the chemokine receptor (show CCR1 ELISA Kits) CCX-CKR (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits) as a regulator of TGF-beta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) expression and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells.

  3. CCRL1 (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits) is expressed in key thymic microenvironments but is dispensable for T lymphopoiesis at steady state in adult mice.

  4. Further examination revealed that proximity of pro-lymphangiogenic macrophages to developing lymphatic vessel surfaces is increased in ACKR2-deficient mice and reduced in CCR2-deficient mice.

  5. stepwise acquisition of chemokine (C-C motif) receptor-like 1 (CCRL1 (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits)) is a late determinant of cortical thymic epithelial cell differentiation

  6. some cells, including plasmacytoid dendritic cells, can express both CCR2 (show CCR2 ELISA Kits) and ACKR2; that Ly6C(high) monocytes have particularly strong CCL2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits)-scavenging potential in vitro and in vivo; and that CCR2 (show CCR2 ELISA Kits) is a much more effective CCL2 (show CCL2 ELISA Kits) scavenger than ACKR2.

  7. found that lymph node fringes indeed contained physiological gradients of the chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) CCL21 (show CCL21 ELISA Kits), which depended on the expression of CCRL1 (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits), the atypical receptor for the CCR7 (show CCR7 ELISA Kits) ligands CCL19 (show CCL19 ELISA Kits) and CCL21 (show CCL21 ELISA Kits)

  8. CCX-CKR (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits) deletion increases incidence of a spontaneous Sjogren's syndrome-like pathology, suggestive of a defect in self-tolerance. CCX-CKR (show CCRL1 ELISA Kits)(-/-) mice have fewer thymic epithelial cells per thymocyte, with defects in thymocyte distribution & frequency.

  9. Chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits) decoy receptor D6 limits CC-chemokine (show CCL1 ELISA Kits)-dependent pathogenic inflammation and is required for adequate cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction.

  10. control of CCR2 ligands by D6 regulates the traffic of Ly6C(high) monocytes and controls their immunosuppressive potential.

CCBP2 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a beta chemokine receptor, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines and their receptor-mediated signal transduction are critical for the recruitment of effector immune cells to the inflammation site. This gene is expressed in a range of tissues and hemopoietic cells. The expression of this receptor in lymphatic endothelial cells and overexpression in vascular tumors suggested its function in chemokine-driven recirculation of leukocytes and possible chemokine effects on the development and growth of vascular tumors. This receptor appears to bind the majority of beta-chemokine family members\; however, its specific function remains unknown. This gene is mapped to chromosome 3p21.3, a region that includes a cluster of chemokine receptor genes.
