FBXW8 encodes a member of the F-box protein family, members of which are characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. Additionally we are shipping FBXW8 Antibodies (47) and FBXW8 Proteins (3) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 12 products:
FBXW8 and PARK2 (show PARK2 ELISA Kits) are sequestrated into insolubility by ATXN2 (show ATXN2 ELISA Kits) PolyQ expansions, but only FBXW8 expression is dysregulated
findings will shed light the role to mechanism of miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-218 in regulating JEG-3 cells proliferation via miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-218/Fbxw8 axis, and miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-218 may serve as a novel potential therapeutic target in human choriocarcinoma in the future
CUL7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits)/Fbxw8 ubiquitin ligase-mediated HPK1 degradation revealed a direct link and novel role of CUL7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits)/Fbxw8 ubiquitin ligase in the MAPK (show MAPK1 ELISA Kits) pathway, which plays a critical role in cell proliferation and differentiation.
Dysregulation of Cul7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits) and Fbxw8 expression might affect trophoblast turnover in intrauterine growth restriction.
Growth factor-stimulated TBC1D3 ubiquitination and degradation are regulated by its interaction with CUL7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits)-Fbw8.
Fbxw8 plays an essential role in the proliferation of human trophoblast cells, especially JEG-3 cells.
FBXW8 plays an essential role in cancer cell proliferation throug (show CCND1 ELISA Kits)h proteolysis of cyclin D1. It may (show CDK1 ELISA Kits) present new opportunities to develop therapies targeting destruction of cyclin D1 or its regulator E3 ligase selectively.
FBXW8-CUL7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits) complex plays a significant role in growth control
mTORC2 (show CRTC2 ELISA Kits) negatively feeds back to IRS-1 (show IRS1 ELISA Kits) via control of Fbw8 stability and localization.
our data support the concept that expanded ATXN2 (show ATXN2 ELISA Kits) undergoes progressive insolubility and affects PABPC1 (show PABPC1 ELISA Kits) by a toxic gain-of-function mechanism with tissue-specific effects, which may be partially alleviated by the induction of FBXW8.
Depletion of FBXW8 caused a significant accumulation of cyclin D1 (show CCND1 ELISA Kits), as well as sequestration of CDK1 (show CDK1 ELISA Kits) in the cytoplasm. This resulted in a severe reduction of cell proliferation.
Cul7 (show CUL7 ELISA Kits) forms a heterodimeric complex with Cul1 (show CUL1 ELISA Kits) in a manner dependent on Fbxw8.
This gene encodes a member of the F-box protein family, members of which are characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid motif, the F-box. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which function in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. The F-box proteins are divided into three classes: Fbws containing WD-40 domains, Fbls containing leucine-rich repeats, and Fbxs containing either different protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs. The protein encoded by this gene contains a WD-40 domain, in addition to an F-box motif, so it belongs to the Fbw class. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
