Two closely related endocytic proteins, Ses1 (show SCRN1 Antibodies) and Ses2 (show SESN2 Antibodies), which interact with OCRL (show OCRL Antibodies), were identified. The interaction is mediated by a short amino acid motif similar to that used by the rab-5 (show RAB5A Antibodies) effector APPL1 (show APPL1 Antibodies).
