hnRNP F is a co-factor in a subset of tristetraprolin (show ZFP36 ELISA Kits)/BRF1 (show ZFP36L1 ELISA Kits)/BRF2 (show ZFP36L2 ELISA Kits)-mediated mRNA decay.
These data point to a functional interaction between hnRNP F and SRSF1 (show SRSF1 ELISA Kits) as a mutant that eliminates SRSF1 (show SRSF1 ELISA Kits) binding to exon 11, or a SRSF1 (show SRSF1 ELISA Kits) knockdown, which prevents the stimulatory effect of hnRNP F over expression.
this result suggests that hnRNP F directs formation of the exo (show ENOX2 ELISA Kits)n 4 minus variant of ENOX2.
The study shows solution structures of the three quasi-RNA-recognition motifs of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F in complex with G-tract RNA.
heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein F is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation via the mammalian target of rapamycin (show FRAP1 ELISA Kits)/S6 kinase 2 (show RPS6KB2 ELISA Kits) pathway
Results suggest that hnRNP H (show HNRNPH1 ELISA Kits) and F are nuclear shuttling proteins whose posttranslational modifications may alter interaction with transportin 1 (show TNPO1 ELISA Kits), nuclear localization, and hence function.
high levels of hnRNP F are present in premalignant and malignant stages of colorectal cancer, reflecting a role for this protein early in colorectal tumorigenesis
The solution structure of the three quasi RNA recognition motifs of hnRNP F and identification of the residues that are important for the interaction with the Bcl-x (show BCL2L1 ELISA Kits) RNA.
hnRNPH (show HNRNPH1 ELISA Kits) and F regulate DM20 (show PLP1 ELISA Kits) splicing by recruiting U1snRNP and hnRNPH (show HNRNPH1 ELISA Kits) plays a primary role in DM20 (show PLP1 ELISA Kits) splice site selection in vivo
Shows that hnRNPF regulates the 3' end cleavage reaction.
the beneficial actions of insulin (show INS ELISA Kits) in diabetic nephropathy appear to be mediated, in part, by suppressing renal Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) and Agt (show AGXT ELISA Kits) gene transcription and preventing Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits) stimulation of Agt (show AGXT ELISA Kits) expression via hnRNP F/K.
These data demonstrate that hnRNP F stimulates Ace-2 (show ACE2 ELISA Kits) gene transcription, prevents TGF-beta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) inhibition of Ace-2 (show ACE2 ELISA Kits) gene transcription and induction of kidney injury in diabetes.
genome wide analysis of splicing events and gene expression regulated by hnRNPH (show HNRNPH1 ELISA Kits)/F in oligodendrocytes
These data suggest that hnRNP F plays a modulatory role and can ameliorate hypertension, renal hypertrophy, and interstitial fibrosis in diabetes.
The hnRNP F can function as repressors of MOR translation dependent on the M4 sequence.
define hnRNP F as a regulatory element of MBP (show MBP ELISA Kits) expression in oligodendrocytes and imply an important function of hnRNP F in the control of myelin synthesis.
hnRNP F directs formation of the exon 4 minus variant of ENOX2 (show ENOX2 ELISA Kits)
This gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins that complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and regulate alternative splicing, polyadenylation, and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has three repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind to RNAs which have guanosine-rich sequences. This protein is very similar to the family member hnRPH. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.
