The protein encoded by KRT20 is a member of the keratin family. Additionally we are shipping Keratin 20 Antibodies (270) and Keratin 20 Proteins (18) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 33 products:
results demonstrated upregulation of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (show FGFR1 ELISA Kits) and CK20 expressions in cancer bladder tissues
K20 expression was detected in 6 of 75 patients with triple-negative carcinoma
Circulating tumor cell CK20 and survivin (show BIRC5 ELISA Kits) expression may effectively predict overall survival in metastic colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.
During postoperative follow-up, serum negative CK20 patients had significantly higher 3-year survival rates than serum positive CK20 patients.
Patients with any EGFR (show EGFR ELISA Kits), CK19 (show KRT19 ELISA Kits), CK20 or survinin positivity in their peripheral blood obtain less benefit from radiotherapy.
Case Report: Merkel cell carcinma that initially demonstrated cytokeratin 20 positivity but lost expression in subsequent brain metastases.
Our data show that inclusion of CK20 as a biomarker efficiently improves the detection of CTCs in colorectal cancer patients
The present study confirmed that CK14 (show KRT14 ELISA Kits), but not CK20 or CK7 (show KRT7 ELISA Kits), is expressed in urothelial carcinoma with squamous differentiation and squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
Immunostaining of CDX2 (show CDX2 ELISA Kits) and CK20 provides beneficial information if considering whether to perform an endoscopic papillectomy (EP).
High cytokeratin 20 expression is associated with invasive histological phenotype in poorly differentiated colorectal adenocarcinoma.
K20 Ser (show SIGLEC1 ELISA Kits)(13) is a highly dynamic protein kinase C-related (show PKN1 ELISA Kits) phosphorylation site that is induced during apoptosis and tissue injury
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the keratin family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. The type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains. This cytokeratin is a major cellular protein of mature enterocytes and goblet cells and is specifically expressed in the gastric and intestinal mucosa. The type I cytokeratin genes are clustered in a region of chromosome 17q12-q21.
